The Baileigh CS-315EU circular cold saw is the flagship of our EU line of cold saws. It designed to give any shop years of service without breaking the bank.This cold saw is a powerful machine that can cut through solids, tubing, or pipe. The head has a strong motor coupled to a direct-drive gear box that allows the blade to cut through the material chatter-free, which increases blade life. The saw has a thick cast-iron base making it very rigid. This package includes a heavy-duty steel base that is set at the optimal cutting height. This is the perfect machine for small- to medium-size fabricating shops, and best yet it requires just 220-volt, 60Hz, single-phase power. Blades spin at 52 revolutions per minute (ideal for mild steel cutting), but it will also handle other material with the proper blade. Like all other Baileigh circular cold saws, this one comes with a powerful integrated coolant pump that cools the blade and washes chips away. It can miter 45 degrees to the left and 45 degrees to the right. The vise has a taper lock system that helps increase production when a lot of cutting is required. The vise on cold saw clamps on both sides of the cut increasing blade life.
