Peel the blue protective film, cut with the gloss side facing DOWN and the duller back of the vinyl facing up 3. Weed away the excess vinyl, leaving your design on the carrier sheet 4. Apply the design to your T-shirt with heat press at 302-330ºF for 5-15s (if you use a home iron, press it with firm pressure) 5. Warm Peel, if areas of design lift after application, do step4 again MUST READ NOTE1：Remember to remove the blue film before cutting, or it will influence cutting. NOTE 2: Chromatic Aberration: because of blue film, It looks a little different the real color, please check the vinyl inside NOTE 2: Heat more time than other brand, advice heat at 302ºF/15s or 330ºF-10s
