I bought it for my 9 year old little Virgo who loves making lists and coloring. She usually does a page or two and then she's done with it for awhile but she opened this book/journal and I'm pretty sure she's got it half filled out already! It's beautifully put together with thoughtful questions to get to know your little self better, fun coloring pages, all while incorporating gentle "advice" about being mindful, grateful and living with purpose and intention. She read page after page and filled out the questions with enthusiasm! I would HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone!!!    -   Curt Putman I purchased a copy of this book for one of my grandkids with poor self esteem issues. It really helped her a lot. Some evenings, he will colour in a colouring page, which helps him to destress and which also comes with a mindfulness mantra (e.g., I am enough, I believe in myself) that he is taking on passively. On other evenings, he will be prompted to write something (e.g., life goals, things he loves, things he is grateful for). So basically, we are using it like a mindfulness journal that over times covers various topics (e.g., kindness, self-love, feelings, hopes & worries, forgiveness, trust, growth mindset, and so many more). I can say that I am very pleased with the outco
