The spandex/polyester fabric provides additional comfort. The pad is machine washable. SMALL: 5.5 inch pad width and 14.5 inch pad length with an 11.0 inch thigh circumference just above the knee and an 8.5 inch calf circumference midway on the lower leg at the bottom of the calf muscle.
