Great starter for kids The TELMU Microscope Set comes with everything kids would need to get started using a microscope. After kids have exhausted the exciting things inside the kit they can go out and collect their own things with the test tubes, scalpel and micro-slicer. Then they can put their finds onto the empty slides (and covers) and start learning about the world around them. LED Light: It comes on as soon as the light is rotated up (as in the light bulb is facing up, towards the stage). To turn it off, spin the light forward, so it's facing the bottom of the scope. When the LED light is rather bright, best if turned away a bit. An LED blub is also included in the accessory and can be used for replacement. Complete Accessories: This microscope kit include a lot of accessories: a few prepared slides, tools to make some simple slides, and even the brine shrimp kit. You can raise little shrimp with your kid and watch the hatch and grow of brine shrimp. Attention 1、Batteries located in base requires a small screwdriver to remove cover before installation. (No screwdriver included) 2、For those microscopes beginners, make sure that place sample in the center of the aperture .(where the light comes through) 3、Adjust the microscope up and down with the knob by the eyepiece and start with the lowest magnification. Be patient and go very slow it will come into focus quickly once you find the proper adjustment. 4、Rotate the light housing up toward the slide base and it will automatic turn on.
