Simply add this "Sitz Bath Salt" to your medical sitz bath or bathtub and get soaking! This natural "Sitz Bath Soak" includes 4 essential oils: Geranium Essential Oil, Juniper Essential Oil, Niaouli Essential Oil, and Frankincense Essential Oil. Use In Your Bath Tub Or Any Sitz Bath This product is safe to use in virtually any type of tub - whether a traditional bathtub or an adapter-type sitz tub. Use 1-2 times daily to help relieve discomfort naturally. How To Create A Sitz Soak Using A "Sitz Bath" Adapter: If you're using an over-the-toilet Sitz Bath adapter, start with a small amount of our Sitz Soak epsom salt blend - about 1 ounce per gallon of comfortably warm water.
