About Rotary Revolution
This model rocket kit is a competition style helicopter that conforms to the rules of FAI competition. It has a low drag design and uses ultra light components, so it flies high and hangs in the air like it was filled with helium. When it takes off from the ground, it starts out as a rocket. At peak altitude, the rocket pops off the nose cone to expose three lightweight helicopter blades. These start spinning, which slow the descent of the rocket. The model is so lightweight, that it can actually rise in the air when warm breeze lifts it up. This is a complex rocket that requires assembly. To make it easy to build, the assembly sequence is in video format and come on a DVD (English language). The model flies on 13mm diameter rocket motors (not included). You will also need a launch pad and controller to fly this rocket.
