About LUV Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream Mix - Sugar Free
LUV was born out of desire for premium all-natural ice cream and chocolate without added sugar. All LUV frozen desserts and chocolates are sweetened with our own blend of organic Stevia called Sweet LUV. And you won't be able to tell the difference. We created our Nice Cream non-dairy line of frozen desserts to provide simple frozen gastronomic joys to those of us who are vegan or lactose intolerant or have immune issues with milk proteins or just decided to remove dairy products from their diet. LUV Nice Cream mix is dry coconut cream sweetened with Sweet LUV and contains no added sugar or casein. It's a claim we make boldly and proudly, as many other coconut ice cream manufacturers use ingredients stabilized by sodium caseinate. Here at LUV, we use only natural ingredients that are, when available, also certified organic. Our list of ingredients is delightfully small, and our stevia sweetener in Sweet LUV is also 100% organic. All LUV Nice Cream flavors are gluten-free, cholesterol free, soy-free, vegan, and either sugar-free or no-sugar-added (& even then it all comes from the fruit in the mix). And remember: ALL YOU NEED IS LUV (& a blender). Makes about one pint of Nice Cream. Scoop responsibly! Blender Instructions: Mix contents with 1 cup of boiling water and place in the fridge until cool; Whip contents in a blender until foamy (2 minutes); Pour contents into a freezer-safe pint container and cover; Place container into freezer for 12 hours.
