Lichen Sclerosus is not a very common skin condition, but affects many people. Any age, or gender can get lichen, but it mostly seen in the menopause or post menopausal years of women. In women, it affects the vaginal area, and in men it affects the penis. In both, it can someones affect the area around the anus. It can involve any area, but is most often seen in the genitalia area. Lichen sclerosis is a skin condition that creates a discoloration of the skin. The affected skin tends to become whitish and then can become patchy. The skin, over time, get's to be thinner in the affected area. If left untreated, lichen can lead to other complications. Most people need some form of treatment. Lisepten herbal salve was developed for people looking for a more natural approach to healing the symptoms of Lichen Sclerosus (LS). Safety Information: Should not be used by people with any allergies to the contained herbs. Not to be ingested. Stop use if rash or symptoms worsen.
