MUST SHAKE/STIR WELL BEFORE USE. USE WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION. . Read label and instruction sheet prior to use. APPLICATION AND SURFACE Preparation: Clean Surface. Apply lightly, one very thin layer, with quality brush, roller or sponge. Lighting brand is primarily made of retro reflective micro glass beads ,these beads are retro- reflective meaning they return any light directly back to its source. (like a stop sign). The reason reflective road way signs are reflective to your eye, is that your are on the same eye level as your head lights. So there is only one angle that it will reflect to your eyes. To Test: try taking a picture with a flash camera and one with out. Also paint must be dry before it reflects....It appears white in the container but dries semi translucent.
