Tuscan Open Fire Grill Kit is a "Santa Maria Style Grill" that can be mounted over an open fire pit or camp style fire. The grill can be broken down and set up easily. The frame and grill grate support frame are fabricated from 304 stainless steel. The argentine style cooking grate is featured in this grill. The cooking grate filters grease away from the fire and down into a trough that collects the grease. This prevent flare ups when grilling. The grill is heavy duty and will provide years of enjoyment. The grill does feature items that are not stainless steel. The bering for the axle are cast iron, the lock collars for the crank wheel and lock mechanism. The Grill Kit is heavy when weighing in at 100 plus pounds. We did experience on component that would get damaged during shipping and have updated that component. If the Grill arrives damaged notify us and we will send out a replacement part for the grill.
