CONFIRM the actual cutout size of your recessed lights as all 4" lights can vary by manufacturer. The hole saw has a hard tungsten Carbide grit that provides longer life in tough, abrasive materials. Continuous cutting edge provides a smooth cut and does not catch on wood or plaster. The open back design makes it fast and easy to remove the cut plug and start the next cutting the next hole. --This hole saw works perfectly with recessed lights (incandescent, halogen, and LED) made by Capri, Halo, Juno, Marco, Lithonia, Progress, Lightolier, Pathway & Thomas, and others light cans that require a 4-3/8” opening.
