Description Beautifully constructed with a durable stainless-steel exterior, this 20-cup electric rice cooker and warmer can cook up to 40 servings of great tasting rice--large enough for catering or commercial use. Once the rice is cooked, the unit automatically switches to its "keep warm" mode, which maintains a perfect serving temperature without altering the food's consistency.
