This 10 HP Quiet Air Compressor, with 80 gallon tank, features a Piston-series cast iron pump with dual-control design allows for automatic or continuous run rated at up to 50,000 hours based on B-10 Bearing Life Rating. The Cool-Tek feature ensures that these are the coolest-running compressors in the industry (with 35 % lower operating temperature which reduces moisture build-up and extends pump life.) The Ram-Tek solid steel, heavy-gauge rods are built for maximum performance and durability, while the Flow-Tek concentric disc valves deliver maximum performance and longevity. Other features include a solid cast iron crankcase with oil sight glass, a belt tension adjuster that has fast, easy, one-turn way to tighten belts which reduces vibration and extends belt life, built-in head unloaders, premium "non-absorbent" gaskets to prevent oil seepage from pump, top quality compression and oil rings and more! This system truly delivers big air with little noise! This 1-phase, 80-gallon air compressor offers super-quiet low RPM; it dissipates compressor intake noise by channeling the intake air through a series of baffle plates and pre-filter media within the silencer cabinet. As a result, the piston intake noise is trapped and dissipated within the silencer structure. This compressor comes in a bold, Yellow color and includes a five-year limited warranty.
