The Beka Cookware Bain Marie features a double-walled stainless steel construction; a contemporary double-boiler/simmer pot that is perfect for melting chocolate, making creamy sauces, heating milk, defrosting food or re-heating baby food. This bain marie pot is suitable for all cooktops and has capacity markings on the inside for easy measuring. The unique design features an opening on the top of the heat-resistant handle where the water is poured into the reservoir, and a water level indicator is on the base of the handle. The water heats up between the walls, and heats the contents in the pot without boiling over or burning the food. The bain marie is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Not to be used without water. Instructions for use are included.
