About AED Trainer With Metronome
The American Red Cross AED Trainer with Metronome, includes a single AED trainer with 1 set of adult pads, 1 set of child pads, 1 cord assembly with clips, 1 instruction sheet, 1 carrying case and 3 AA batteries. The trainer has a built in metronome (rhythmic beeping sound) to help students learn the correct rate of compressions while giving CPR. Metronome beeps at a rate of 108 beats per minute (consistent with 2015 ECC guidelines of 100 to 120 compressions / minute). Two language options--English and Spanish. Pads include illustrations for correct placement of each pad on the body of an adult, child or infant. TRAINING DEVICE ONLY, NO SHOCK DELIVERED.
