It presents silky, dried fruit aromas, with bright flavors of black fruits like blackberry, boysenberry and blueberries pie filling. The warm, luxurious finish is complex with hints of dark molasses, creamy caramel and a touch of dark chocolate. This port is sophisticated and well-balanced. It will surely complement an array of foods, and most definitely chocolates. Food Pairings: The Santa Medina Port would pair well with a cheese board of English Stilton with sliced pears, decadent desserts such as homemade pecan pie.
