For use when pulling sleeves on truck, bus, and tractor engines, as well as those in other vehicles. Can be used on wet or dry sleeves. No need to remove head studs. Plates are made from cast and machined heavy duty steel for durability under repeated use. Plate measures 4.093 O.D, 3.859 I.D. (+.010 -.000).
