With its ultra-durable commercial motor, super-fast processing speed and generously sized 4.5Ltr bowl, the Robot Coupe Blixer 4 is ideal for chefs who need to prep large quantities, fast. The front mounted controls are simple to use, with both pulse and continuous use modes giving you the flexibility to blend or mix as you require. With built-in ball bearings this powerful motor produces less vibrations, helping to create a silent running processor. The Blixer's powerful high performance motor easily emulsifies food producing exceptionally smooth results in seconds - perfect for care homes, hospitals, crèches and more. A handle on the bowl allows you to insert and remove the bowl from the base, making it easy to transport directly to the workstation. The soft touch of this handle has been designed for user comfort, while also ensuring a firm and secure grip. A see-through Lexan bowl lid with built-in wiper allows you to check and add ingredients during operation, so you don't under or over mix. The rubber on the lid creates a tight seal preventing liquid from overflowing. A max liquid capacity of 4.5Ltrs makes it ideal for creating sauces, smoothies, or soups. This processor is fitted with a thermal cut-out which automatically stops the motor if it is left on for too long or is overloaded, helping to produce a safe to use machine.
