Tingley's Better Grade 15 Steel Toe Knee Boot material is formulated with high quality PVC resins and low temperature additives. The result is a boot that has good abrasion resistance and excellent flexibility in cold temperatures. 15 high PVC Steel Toe Over the Sock Knee Boot. Steel toe meets ASTM F 2413 M/I/75/C/75. Adult men sizes 3 to 14. To convert Men's to Women's Boot Sizes, subtract two sizes from your U.S. women's size to find the appropriate size in U.S. men's boots. Outsole material is soft for excellent slip resistance and absorbs shock when walking. Injection molded construction for 100 waterproof protection. Cleated outsole spits out debris for excellent gripping action. Removable polypropylene insole wicks perspiration to help keep feet dry and comfortable.
