The V-SHARP CLASSIC II uses two high-quality, 325 grit diamond rods that sharpen the blade on both sides simultaneously using calibrated Spring Tension. Ideal for Kitchen knives, Hunting knives, and most other flat-blade knives. The sharpening rods have diamond stone on one side and honing steel on the other. Diamond knife sharpener is harder than a traditional whetstone or tungsten-carbide sharpeners.
