The set includes one pair of large circle palm pucks, one pair of small thumb pucks, one pair of long finger pucks and two pairs of medium finger pucks. The medium finger pucks can be a substitute for the long finger puck for increased mobility when attempting grabs. Each medium puck covers and protects just two fingers, whereas the long finger puck connects and protects of all four fingers.
