The Zurn GT2700 Grease Trap is designed to remove grease from food preparation areas, such as kitchens and restaurants. This grease trap is covered in fabricated steel so it is impervious to corrosion. The Zurn Grease Trap should be installed as close as possible to the fixture, and with enough space to provide easy access to the cover for cleaning.
