The SPX, which is bundled with several accessories and two workout DVDs, facilitates more than 250 Pilates exercises, so you can increase your core strength, flexibility, mobility, and endurance without stressing the joints. The SPX reformer supports more than 250 core-strengthening Pilates exercises. The reformer is equipped with four 100-percent (full tension) and one 50 percent (half tension) reformer springs, providing variable resistance during your routine.
