The pakka wood handles offers superior strength, while their sanitary build ensures no dirt or debris collects. The handles are heat, cold and moisture resistant and constructed utilizing a full tang. The blades are hand sharpened by a 16 degree angle per side and are well balanced. Remember to hand wash your knives then wipe and dry clean.
