Thoroughly clean the area where the decal is to be applied using a non-oil based cleaner. Allow time to dry. You may wish to use rubbing alcohol/thinner on the application surface to make sure that it is cleaned of all chemicals. 2. Before peeling off the tape from sticky back please pre-shape the aluminium emblem to the exhaust shape with your hands (if the application area is not flat) so the edges don't stick off after installation. 3. Peel off the tape from back of emblem and apply to your exhaust (the tape is very strong so make sure you have planned where the emblem will be located) Remove protective film prior or after installation. 1. Please do not stick the emblem directly on exhaust manifold parts or link pipes. 2. Standard exhaust silencers on older bikes tend to get to very high temperatures due to fumes travel and it is recommended to rivet the emblem to the exhaust as glue on the back of sticker can burn and lose adhesion after time**
