On the top of helmet, won't impact the use of face shields, goggles or other helmet-mounted equipment. Mounts is held in place with 2 long screws, which allows to better attach to brims of hard hat. Made from plastic, it's light-weight and won't scratch your light like the metal mount. 180 degree adjustment allows to lighten where you want to.
