Product Description This 8 1/2" x 9" shrink-wrapped meditation workbook consists of text and sixteen channeled sacred geometry Glyphs or mandalas. Each Glyph works on an attribute of consciousness. It is an easy-to-follow "how to" guide to meditation. Each Glyph is accompanied by a page of interpretation or "expanded definition" AND is reproduced on a separate 8" x 8" card with the Glyph in black and gold on one side, its' expanded definition on the other. However, at those times when we scan the Glyphs and a particular one 'calls to us" or when Spirit guides us in choosing a Glyph card "at random", we are very clearly pointed in the direction of those issues in need of attention.
