At Coffee Gator we take heating water seriously. Just ask our design team. We asked them to dismantle every kettle on the market to find out how to make something better. To start off it wasn’t too pretty. We had tears, tantrums, burnt fingers, caffeine overdoses and, for some reason, an illegal rave. But in the end it was all worth it when they came up with the True Brew Kettle featuring: 360 degree swiveling thermometer. It stays mounted in place even when you’re filling the kettle thanks to a hinged lid you can open with one thumb. But when it comes to pouring you can turn it to face you to keep a watchful eye on the temperature. Multiple Steadyflow touch point. Making pour over coffee requires control. As well as the gooseneck spout for precision control there are also multiple insulated grip points. All this helps you master a comfortable pour. Layered base for endless adaptability. Sandwiched between rust-proof 304-grade stainless steel is a layer of aluminum which allows the True Brew to work on induction stove-tops and any other hob you care to mention.
