Checking suspension sag and health regularly and adjusting it for different riding conditions is key to getting the most out of your bikes suspension and assuring the bike is predictable and safe! For faster conditions you can run more sag to make the bike more stable at speed and for tighter conditions you can run less sag so the bike steers better. It is super easy to adjust and you will kick yourself for not doing it as a regular part of your bike maintenance sooner. Fast, Simple, Precise- The new and improved Slacker is even easier to use than the original! This patented system allows anyone to quickly and easily setup their bike's suspension. Measuring at the shock is horribly inaccurate and does not allow for fine adjustments. In fact, I'll bet if you set your bike up once using an o-ring on the shock and then set it up again it is not actually the same travel at the rear axle because such a tiny difference at the shock is amplified at the rear axle. At 50 years old I can barely read a millimeter much less tenths! It is also impossible to tell if you sat down a little extra hard or threw it off somehow. Slacker can show you exactly how much sag you have in real-time so you can bounce the bike and settle the suspension confidently. It also allow you to see how your riding position affects the bike so you can make sure you do it the same every time.
