Judgment being entered upon the verdicts of the jury, an appeal has been taken to this court. The appeal raises two questions. 1. Is the verdict against the manifest weight of the evidence, or as stated in the appeal, are verdicts of a jury which find the defendant counterclaimant, in the face of the evidence, to have been in the exercise of the care required of a reasonable person, supported by the greater weight of the evidence? 2. Did the court err in rejecting proffered proof of the careful habits of the decedent and refusing their submission before the jury?
