Product Description Rain Bird DASASVF075 Professional Grade Anti-Siphon Valve with Flow Control, 3/4" Threaded Female x Female. Rain Bird manufactures only the highest quality Anti-Siphon valves. This professional grade valve replaces any Anti-Siphon irrigation valve installed above ground with 3/4” female threaded inlet and outlet. Unique reverse-flow design helps prevent flooding in the event of internal diaphragm failure keeping the valve closed and saving water. A top mounted, easy-turn flow control knob allows adjusting flow to the zone; optimizing sprinkler performance to avoid misting and provide the most uniform coverage. For use with any 24 volt AC irrigation timer/controller. Features Rain Bird’s patented vacuum breaker with bleed screw for automatic or manual operation. Buna-N (nitrile rubber) diaphragm with water filter and captive spring offers superior performance in harsh water environments. Energy-efficient, low power encapsulated solenoid with captured plunger for long lasing durability. Heavy-duty construction with stainless-steel screws; 3/4" female pipe thread (FPT) inlet and outlet. Designed to be installed above ground Anti-Siphon valves prevent back flow when properly installed. Install at least 6" above the highest sprinkler head on the valve line; never install another valve further down the line from the main valve. After installation and before startup, always flush the system of dirt and debris manually using the valve's external bleed screw. Flow Range 0.2 to 22 GPM. For flows below 3 GPM or Drip applications install a 200 mesh filter before the valve. Operating Pressure: 15 to 150 psi. Meets I.A.P.M.O. and A.S.S.E. listing specifications. Canadian Standards Association approved. Also available (sold separately) in 1” model: DASASVF100.
