Multiple brightness levels available. Overview LED Indicators. The factory incandescent turn signals on your vehicle illuminate in a slow glow taking a moment to turn off and on. With replacement LED bulbs you can immediately update your vehicle with the instant on-off blinking of modern LEDs. This instant activation adds a modern and distinct look to your vehicle. Brightness. All Diode Dynamics LED lighting is rated with accurate measured lumen figures not calculations or guesses. We test the true output in-house and provide you the real numbers to compare. Correct Color. You'll see that we only offer an amber color option which is correct to SAE/DOT amber requirements. Whether you have a clear lens or an amber reflector over the turn signal bulb on your vehicle amber is the correct emitter color for maximum turn signal output. Reduced Load. When it comes to LED upgrades you'd think the lower power draw would be a great feature! However this can cause a hyperblink or fast-blinking turn signal which can be corrected with LED Resistors or an LED Flasher (sold separately). The most basic tried-and-true method to correct hyperblinking is to add resistors (sold separately). Since a 6-ohm resistor uses about the same power as a standard turn signal bulb these can be used on any vehicle but does require tapping factory signals. One resistor is needed to replace each turn signal bulb.
