Belzona 1161 Super UW-Metal 1kg one Set Kit Base A 0.8kg + Solidifier B 0.2kg = 1kg A 2-part composite material for metal repair and resurfacing based on a solvent-free, surface-tolerant epoxy resin reinforced with silicon steel alloy. This composite material is specifically designed for application to wet and oil contaminated surfaces, as well as for underwater applications. It is easy to mix and apply without the need of specialist tools and can be machined using conventional tools. Cure Times table 0.25 inch (6 mm) thickness: Machining / light loading: 6 hrs at 5°C, 4 hrs at 10°C, 2 hrs at 20°C, 1 hr at 30°C, 0.5 hr at 40°C. Full mechanical / thermal loading: 4 days at 5°C, 2 days at 10°C, 1 day at 20°C, 16 hrs at 30°C, 12 hrs at 40°C.
