Drilling Holes: If installing on a wooden or particle board wall, drill a hole larger than 38mm but less than 51mm. Prepare fire-retardant material to fill the remaining gap. If the wall is fire-retardant, the minimum hole size is 38mm, but you can also drill a hole no larger than 51mm. Drill three 5mm diameter holes for bolt installation. 2. Preparing the Pipe for Connecting the Diesel Parking Heaters. The inner diameter should be 1 inch. Longer pipe length helps reduce smoke temperature. 3. Checking the Temperature: For wooden walls, primarily check if the temperature is too high. If the temperature is too high in the section passing through the wall, find a way to lower the temperature to prevent the wall from burning. Method 1: Lengthen the pipe prepared in step 2. The pipe is used to cool the smoke temperature. Method 2: Filled the remaining gap with exhaust wrap to prevent prolonged high temperatures from baking the wooden wall. 4. If Smoke Cannot be Vented: Check for blockages at the Diesel Parking Heaters. Please check the pipe connections for gaps that could cause smoke leakage.
