Solide Carbide: The material is European origin ultra fine grain carbide. AlTiN Coating: It is a strong coating that's coated at temperatures between 450°C to 475°C. It is able to provide high wear resistance, lubricity, exceptional oxidation resistance, extreme hardness, and excellent abrasive wear resistance. It has higher reliability in dry operations, heat resistance, hard machining, and the resistance can be reduced.

4 Flute Cutter: It has uniqe geometry and strong cutting edge. 4 flute is great for speedy cutting. Ideal for planar, step, groove, forming surface while the 45 degree helix design can perform smooth surface finish, better chip removal control than those with lower helix degree.
