The hot side of the lever features an instant self-closing valve that automatically shuts off to ensure safe use while the Stay-On cool side conveniently remains on. The faucet requires a standard 1-3/8-inch to 1-1/2-inch diameter hole for installation with a maximum counter thickness of 3 inches. The faucet features a ceramic disc valve that will resist corrosion. The required hole size is a standard sink hole, which is 1-3/8 by 1 -1/2-Inch in diameter. The dispenser requires a minimum of 2-1/2-Inch of space from the center of the hole to the backsplash. The maximum counter thickness is 3-Inch.
