Product Description CF-70AM A/B is a 70 Shore A polyurethane elastomer designed for strong, flexible casting applications. This low-odor, mercury-free system delivers excellent tear strength, rebound, and abrasion resistance. It is easy to pigment, RoHS/REACH compliant, and offers good color stability under moderate UV light. Ideal for making durable molds, prototypes, and production parts. Strong & Flexible: 70 Shore A elastomer with high tear and abrasion resistance. Safe & Low Odor: Mercury-free, phthalate-free, and RoHS/REACH compliant. Easy to Pigment: Works well with light and dark pigments. Versatile Applications: Ideal for molds, prototypes, and production parts. UV Stable: Maintains color under moderate UV exposure. Usage Instructions Mix: Part A (50 parts) with Part B (100 parts) by weight. Remix Part A before combining. Work Time: 12–14 minutes at 77°F. Remove from mold: 4–5 hours at 77°F. Cure: Full strength in 5–7 days at room temp. Optional post-cure: 1–3 hrs at 77°F + 16 hrs at 160°F. Do not exceed 200°F. Safety & Handling Use only in a well-ventilated area. Wear gloves, protective clothing, and safety goggles. Skin: Wash with soap/water, no solvents. Eyes: Flush 15 min & call physician. Ingestion: Seek immediate medical help. Storage Store at 65–80°F. Shelf life: 6 months unopened. Purge opened containers with dry nitrogen before resealing. Warranty & Returns Returns accepted within 30 days per Amazon policy.
