Productive - Yellow Mustard germinates in 4-5 days when soil temps are 55-75°F. Plant 1” deep and space 5” apart in an area with full sun. This variety will grow 30-45’’ tall with a spread of 10-24”. Matures in 80-85 days, plant in USDA zones 4-7.

Soil Health - Yellow mustard is an extremely quick-maturing cover crop. It prevents erosion, suppresses weeds, loosens compacted soil, and improves soil quality through nutrient scavenging. As a green mulch, its high levels of glucosinolates can help keep soil healthy.
