H Pylori Test Kit Usage: Step 1: . Remove the alcohol pad and wipe your fingers with it. Step 2: Remove and discard the lancet protective cap and activate the lancet by pressing it against the puncture site. Do not remove the device until you hear a click. Step 3: Collect approximately 1-2 drops of blood with a pipette and place it into the test card labeled “S”. Step 4: Rotate or cut the cap of the test diluent pipette and add 3 drops of sample buffer to the sample well labeled “S” and observe the test result immediately within 10-15 minutes. results are invalid after 20 minutes. Interpretation of results: Positive: two distinct red lines in both the control (C) and test (T) areas, and a positive test result indicating the presence of H. pylori antibodies in the sample. Negative: if only the control area (C) shows a red line, the test result is negative, indicating that H. pylori antibodies were not detected in the sample. INVALID: No red line appears or there is no line in the control area (C), indicating an invalid operation and the test needs to be repeated with a new test device. Warm tips: ① The reagent is designed for qualitative screening tests.The concentration of HP antibodies cannot be determined by this qualitative test. ② The results of the reagent are for clinical reference only and are not to be used as the sole basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Only after evaluation of all clinical and laboratory findings can a physician make a definitive diagnosis and treatment. ③ Charts are for reference only. The appearance and color of the reagents may be different from the actual product, which does not affect normal use.
