This station is suitable for both SMD and THT components. It uses the T245-A General Purpose Handle, the perfect too for general electronic applications with high power requirements. This handle uses any "C245 Series" soldering tips. (Soldering tips/cartridges are NOT included and sold separately.) The NEW "F" Version includes: - Fast and easy configuration of the station thanks to the 7-Key Keypad - Cartridge holder to store up to four cartridges, as well as a cartridge extractor, and a cable connector. - Connectivity to the JBC FUME EXTRACTOR (sold separately) via the RJ12 connector. This soldering station provides the best soldering quality thanks to JBC's most efficient soldering system and, additionally, the sleep and hibernation modes to help extend the life of soldering tips.
