Important Note: When melting wax, you may encounter an E3 error. The E3 error indicates activation of the dry boil sensor, a built-in safety measure. This usually happens when the wax doesn't melt quickly enough, leaving the sensor uncovered. Typically, the sensor activates every 60 seconds. For optimal results, we suggest melting a small portion of wax separately and introducing it to the Digiboil prior to adding the majority of your unmelted wax.
