FEATURES

DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: Made from heavy-duty natural rubber compound designed to create a reliable, water-tight seal. The inflatable rubber ball test plug shall always regain its original size when deflated after use. Regular tire valve is provided for inflation. A heavy duty stainless steel chain is provided to remove the rubber ball test plug after deflation from the pipe or fitting.

VERSATILE APPLICATION: Ideal for temporarily sealing Drainage, Waste and Vent piping systems during testing and maintenance or repairs. It can seal out of round pipes. It can also be used for sealing Straight Tees, Test Tees, Closet Bends and floor drains.

Dimension: Deflated diameter of Rubber Ball Test Plug of 3 inch size is 2.63”. It can be used to seal pipe inside diameter from 2.70 to 3.25 inches.

Easy Installation: Simply insert the Rubber Ball Test Plug into the pipe or pipe fitting opening and inflate to the pressure mentioned on the product. Keep the chain and ring outside of pipe or fitting for pulling the Rubber Ball Test Plug out of the pipe or fitting after deflation. Ensure that back pressure during testing does not exceed the limit mentioned on the product. Observe all safety precautions as mentioned in the Installation Instructions provided with this product.

Inflation and Back Pressure: The 3 inch Rubber Ball Test Plug needs to inflated to 35 psi and shall withstand a back pressure of 13 psi during testing.
