EFFORTLESS INSTALLATION: Inexpensive way to fix your dishwasher. Only a small flat-head screwdriver and a 1/4 nut driver needed. (Please disconnect the power and water supply, the water inlet line, and the drain hose before starting to repair.) Remove screws holding the dishwasher from the counter to pull the dishwasher out. Rest the dishwasher on its back side to access the thermostat at the bottom. Remove the screw and bracket holding the thermostat. Take note of how to connect the wires to the thermostat before removing them. Reinstall with the new part.
