Indonesian dim sum is very popular in Indonesia called “siomay Bandung”, server with peanut sauce and top up with sweet soy sauce (sweet ketchup), lemon and fresh chilli.<br />We describe all detail from simple kitchen equipment to simple method of preparations, step by step with easy photos guide. <br />We are understood that everybody busy with work and soon you come home, you want to prepare simple meals with simple material to buy, simple method and easy to clean after cooking.<br />Also we try to find other alternative like pre made peanut sauce in the bottle and pre made frozen fish paste that could be found in your local Asian groceries.<br />The Author is Indonesian who live in Western country and understand that some of material and equipment was not easy to find, that is why we make it simple.
