This coffee carafe has a capacity of 34 Oz(1.0L). Tiken vacuum insulation technology locks in temperature to preserve flavour and freshness, that keeps the temperature above 150.8°F at 12 hrs (assuming a starting temperature of 203°F, a room temperature of 68 °F and water left untouched throughout the duration of the test). Pls note test results will vary depending on beverage starting temperature and how full the carafe is.
