The 1" Extra Firm SOT Style Block Board (Anterior Board) is 20" x 16" x 1". It's constructed of 1/2" extra firm foam bonded to 1/2" cabinet grade plywood . It is covered in black "All American" Naugahyde with non-slip material attached to the underside. Chiropractors find this board invaluable when adjusting on a softer table and also for pelvic blocking. Pelvic blocks sold separately.
