You are looking at one of the rarest sets of football cards you will ever see! Offered here is the inaugural season of the Cleveland Browns from 1946 featured in an 8 card set! These sets were locally distributed by Sears and Roebuck in 1946. Since the Browns had yet to play a game when these were released, the upcoming 1946 schedule is on the backs of the cards. To give an idea of how rare this set is. PSA's population report shows that this is 1 of 5 graded by PSA. That's right! Each player only has 5 cards of ANY grade submitted to PSA (40 cards total submitted)!!! None have been submitted to Beckett or SGC. The cards are as follows: PSA 5 (EX): Jim Daniell, Dante Lavelli (HOF RC); PSA 4 (VG-EX): Ernie Blandin, Dippy Evans, Otto Graham (HOF RC), George Young; PSA 3 (VG) Frank Gatski (HOF RC), Mel Maceau.
