Slip the Tesla Charger Lock over the adapter with the lock box facing outward 3. Fit the Box over the closed and locked lever 4. Insert into your vehicle and begin Charging,lock the vehicle or walk way and allow it to auto-lock Once locked the handle can not be removed unless the charging port is unlocked. To remove, unlock charging port, remove the charging handle, adaptor and lock and slide off the lock ring. Remember to take your adapter!
