This versatile pan includes an insert for making either a traditional full size pie, a half pie, or two separate half pies simultaneously without the ingredients blending. To satisfy everyone’s palate, from savory to sweet, simply place the convenient divider into the pan, and then create a different pie on each side with its own filling, crust, and topping. For simple removal and serving of either whole or half pies, both the removable divider and bottom of the pan easily lift out and have a silicone-based, nonstick coating for easy release, so your crust won’t be damaged in the process and cleanup is a breeze. Pan is made from heavy-weight carbon steel for superior heat conduction and even baking. Avoid using sharp-edged utensils and knives against the surface.
